These terms and conditions form a part of Faith Sage, LLC's enrollment agreement with you and apply to the program you have specified overleaf and for which you wish to enroll, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions issued or stipulated by anyone other than Faith Sage LLC (Faith L Sage). In these terms and conditions, all references to “us”, “our” and “we” mean Faith Sage, LLC. Faith L Sage is not personally liable for any legalities, all responsibility falls on the company Faith Sage, LLC. 

1. Payment For Enrollments   

If you pay in full when you enroll then you are eligible for the special ‘paid in full’ pricing if offered – otherwise you will be charged the payment plan pricing and placed on a payment plan if offered for this program. If you do not setup a monthly payment plan with us within 7 days we reserve the right to cancel your enrollment and a refund will not be available. In either case you are responsible for the full payment of fees for the entire Program regardless of whether you actually attend, complete or use all of the component events, products or inclusions (as applicable). 

2. Payment Plan Must Be Up to Date and Complete  

All fees must be paid on time in order for you to attend and participate in the Program. For ongoing Programs this means if your payment plan is not up to date then you will not be allowed to attend the next event in the Program, and you must have finalized all payments in order to attend the final event. Program privileges including memberships, media, websites and other assets may be revoked, disabled or withheld as we deem appropriate if payments are not made.  

3. Payment Plan Administration  

We will setup your payment plan via credit card and this will be processed by us automatically as scheduled. Any changes to your payment plan – including changes to credit card details – must be received in writing to info@faithsage.net 5 days prior to your next scheduled debit date. It is your responsibility to advise us and refunds will not be given due to your failure to notify us within this time frame. 

4. Program Terms  

All Programs included on this form are on an ongoing basis. If you choose to terminate your program you may do so. If you decide to return to the Program it will be at the prevailing future price. 5. Program Changes 

If for any reason we deem it necessary to change any program, masterclass, seminar or phone call dates, venue, city, speaker, content, title or hours we may do so by notifying you of the changes we make. There is no refund available under any of these circumstances. In the event that we change any dates requiring physical attendance you can reschedule your enrollment without penalty if you want to, providing alternative dates are available. Payment plans will incur a 10% surcharge unless otherwise agreed in writing by Faith L Sage. 

6. Financial, Legal and Medical Advice Disclaimer All prices are in US dollars.  

Information presented during this Program is prepared and presented by Faith L Sage for general purposes only. All participants are required to assess the appropriateness of this information in relation to their personal circumstances and are recommended to seek professional advice when uncertain or in relation to specific pre-existing medical, psychological, emotional or health conditions. 7. Intellectual Property 

All material relating to the Program for which you are enrolling whether presented during, before or after the Program, is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. The copyright in all such materials remains the property of their owners and may not be recorded, used or reproduced, without the written permission of the copyright owner. You agree not to do anything, at any time that would infringe the intellectual property rights in such materials. 

8. Confidentiality  

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow participants. You agree not to disclose proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets that are disclosed by other participants in confidence, nor to violate the publicity, privacy or intellectual property rights of any Program participant.  

9. Application Approval and Termination of Program Enrollment  

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience and may not approve all applications to join this Program. 

10. General  

The laws of Minnesota govern this agreement. Should any part of this agreement be determined by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will be unaffected. This agreement may not be varied except with the written approval of Faith Sage, LLC. All terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are excludable are excluded from this agreement. Such terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable are not excluded from this agreement but our liability for breach of such conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable is limited to the total amount paid by you to Faith Sage, LLC under this agreement.
